What is the deadline for the order?

Each product has a different manufacturing time, but usually the terms are as follows:
- Blinds are made within 3 working days
- Wooden horizontal, Roman blinds will be ready within 5 working days
- We make awnings in 5 working days
- We will be sewing curtains 5 working days
These deadlines relate to products made from collections of fabrics and materials from permanent collection. If one of the fabrics or materials are specially selected, the production terms will be specified separately for each order.

How to properly clean blinds?

Most roller and vertical blinds are made of polyester fabric. For them apply dry cleaning - with a vacuum cleaner, a dust brush, a dry cloth.
Roman blinds or retractable curtains are made of curtain fabric, so each cloth can be washed or chemically cleaned in accordance with the care instruction that comes with a product.
Horizontal blinds can be cleaned with both - dust brush and a damp cloth. The only rule is to avoid active chemical agents that can damage the color shade.
Marking fabric can be removed from the product and cleaned with chemical cleaning.

Curtains or blinds?

This is definitely a question that needs to be asked more to yourself. If you are a fan of cozy feelings, you will enjoy the rich interior and relaxation of the cushions, then the curtains will be a better option. The more textile, the more cozy the room will be. Keep in mind that the cost of curtains will be higher than the blinds and they will not be able to perform specific functions.
If you need to solve a special problem in the design of the window - for example, open window without looking at the passage of the space, you can not work on the computer due to the bright sun, you want to be invisible inside the room, but at the same time keep the view of the outside world - the blinds definitely have the solution you need. You just have to choose the most suitable model. We also recommend blinds if there is not much room for textiles in the room, if you are a minimalism fan or when your budget is limited.

Can blinds be repaired?

Yes, it is possible. If the blind has been damaged during the warranty period, then we will review it and, provided that the operating rules are complied with, we will fix it or replace it for free.
If the warranty period is over, then we will try to find a defect and, as long as it will cost more sensibly as a new product, we will inform you about the price and repair.

It is possible to replace only fabric of the blind?

Yes, it is possible. You must return the ALANDEKO old blind to one of our stores or office and choose a new fabric. Our specialists will calculate the cost and we will make a new blind with the old mechanism.
You must keep in mind that if you only need to replace one column (for vertical blinds) or just one of several blinds located in the same room, then the new and old material may differ in shades. This can happen if the blinds have been in the bright sun for a long time. Then they can change the tone when compared to new fabrics. Therefore, we recommend changing the fabrics for all adjacent blinds at the same time. -
Air conditioner or blinds?

Of course, you can use air conditioners, but keep in mind that they are struggling with the consequences, not the causes - while you cool down, the sun's rays continue to work.
